I have been waiting, not so patiently, for the With Love Hunt. So many really great items in this hunt. I was especially waiting to pick up the Maxi Gossamer necklaces, I finally got the set and I am soooo happy with it. It is as lovely as I expected it to be :) I also bought the new Glam Affair skin, Amberly. It is gorgeous !! Glam Affair also has a beautiful Rosa skin in the With Love Hunt.... Almost wore it for this post, but having a hard time taking Amberly off :P

I really like these FREE shoes from JD - Just Design. They are definitely different. I am pretty sure if I were to wear shoes like this in RL, I'd fall right on my ass! This skin is Lola from Lelutka, and it was my very first beautiful skin. I got this over 2 years ago, and I still think it looks amazing. At that time, I was so new, but I had found my way to the Fabfree blog and group. OOOOK....I loove Star Trek :) When these dresses showed up at the Cinema...... I could barely contain myself :P I had to wait until payday to actually go buy one, but finally...... YAY, the blue one is MINE :)
Now a little bit about the pics. I do not normally do any sort of post processing, just cropping and framing. I like to play with windlight settings...then show the pics as I actually see them in game. For this Trekkie post...I decided to do some minor softening to the images. In the original Star Trek series, they would do a LOT of soft focus on the gorgeous women on that show.....sooo this is sort of an homage to that style.
I have two songs for this post. I always choose songs that are favorites of mine. Sometimes even the song itself has been an inspiration for a particular look. The first song, by David Bowie, is a fave of mine. It's beautiful and a little bit sad. It is also ... I think obviously a good fit for this sort of post :) OK....Now the second song. It is a silly Trekkie rap that I found the other day, and it made me laugh A LOT. It is NSFW..... just throwing that out there :P
So, I spent some time this evening...just listening to music and doing some reorganizing and cleaning of my inventory. Every time I do this, I find all sorts of things I've forgotten I had...or have even worn. It's like shopping in my own inventory :) I found this little dress from Villena that I had bought, quite a while back. It got filed away, and I never got around to wearing it...and yea, I had forgotten I had it lol. The same goes for these cute hoop earring from Finesmith. So I put both of them on and dug around some more until I had a complete outfit that I liked :)

I was standing around half dressed, trying demo's on. I tried on this corset by Etchaflesh, and I also happened to be wearing these coldlogic trousers (one of my favorite pairs of pants). Once I saw them together, I bought the corset right away....then just began building this look :)

.....I haven't bought a Truth hair in a long time. I loved this style so much, so I had to have it. Its nice to have some long hairs that I can wear earrings with and have them actually show. I found these cute earrings by Amorous for free, so trying them out with this new hair :)
